Abstract

A series of new 2-aminothiazole-4(5H)-one derivatives were synthesized and their antimicrobial, antituberculosis and antitumor activity were studied. 2-Acetamido-5-benzylthiazole-4-yl-acetates has antifungal activity by inhibiting the yeast culture in concentrations 3,9-7,8 g/ml and significant antimicrobial effect against Mycobacterium tuberculosis museums and clinical strains. In vitro screening of synthesized drugs on 60 cancer cell lines established their antitumor activity on separate lines of kidney, lung and central nervous system cancer.
