Abstract

The clinical findings peculiarities, pain syndrome on VAS scale activity, anxiety intensiveness on C. D. Spielberg and I. Khanin scale, physical exercise tolerance inherent in 60 patients with Myocardial Infarction in semi accute form were closely studied. It was established that factors slowing down this patients category's post infarction recovery process were permanent vertebrogenic pain syndrome, forming on its base anxious-phobical conditions and physical exercises low tolerance. Comparative examination conducted in two groups (main and control one) showed that ultrasound procedures included into the post Infarction rehabilitation health center complex provides anti-inflammatory and anesthetic effect and improves patients' psycho-emotional status. Against this background optimal rehabilitation program conduction becomes possible, which therefore contributes to the better physical exercise tolerance improving than in the control group.
