Antimicrobial action characteristics of antiseptics under protein loading to microorganisms
Antimicrobial action of antiseptics such as septefril, sebidin, septolette has been investigated on clinical strains of S. aureus in this research. The experiment has been made in presence of the unfavorable factors (5% and 10 % protein solution). Established that the antimicrobial activity of antiseptic agents in the presence of serum proteins decreased, but remained at a high level relative to the clinical strains. This indicates a good prospect of application of antiseptic agents septefril, sebidin, septolette for the treatment of inflammatory diseases of the mouth and throat.
