Abstract

Using the Fuzzy - technology processing algorithms nozologic markers have been developed, which are obtained by writing to the hardware and software of the spectral correction "СSC-BAR". The developed technology allows to determine not only the presence of the pathogen, but also its type, degree of infection of the object . Using these algorithms, allows the use of "СSC- BAR" to determine the presence of various pathogens in living and non-living objects.
