Abstract

Microbiological diagnostics is the base of the etiological diagnosis of infectious diseases. It is based on recognizing of the trigger, it's genetic material, metabolites and the reaction of human's organism on it. Different methods were examined. Their advantages and disadvantages were analyzed. The development of microbiological science is the powerful stimulus for appearing of new microbiological methods of research.
