Abstract

An morphometric analysis of the structural components of the kidney immature rats at a toxic lesion of anti-TB drugs and pathogenetic correction of quercetin and Thiotriazoline. It was found that the use of both drugs in drug-induced renal isoniazid and rifampicin helps restore the structural components of the glomerular epithelial cells, and proximal and distal tubules of the kidneys, but to a greater extent - thiotriazoline. According to the morphometric parameters Thiotriazoline administration leads to increased process of reparative regeneration of kidneys, which confirms its nephroprotective more pronounced effect than quercetin.
