Abstract

To determine the optimal type of osteosynthesis in the surgical treatment of ceresville fractures of type A3 computer simulations of the stresses on the metal fixtures (plate DHS and PFN rod). Determined that the most biomechanically justified under chartverfolgung fractures of type A3 is the application of the PFN model of terminal in use 1 screw for the distal locking as evidenced by the minimum voltage on the metal clip and the existence of optimal micromotion between the bone atomtime. The study will determine the differentiated approach in treatment of patients with ceresville femoral neck fractures, will improve the efficiency of medical care for this severe category of patients.
