Abstract

Using the method of stepwise discriminant analysis, based on the characteristics of anthropometric and somatotypological indicators or sonographic parameters of the uterus and ovaries and the hormonal background in the different phases of the menstrual cycle, 231 healthy girls aged from 14 to 18 and 76 girls of the same age with primary dysmenorrhea, constructed highly informative reliable models of ability occurrence of this disease (depending on the peculiarities of the structure and size of the body correctness of the classification is established in 99,4% of cases; Wilks lambda statistic=0.199; p<0.001, depending on the characteristics of the sonographic parameters and the hormonal background, the correctness of the classification is established in 98.4% of the cases; the statistics of Wilks lambda=0.162; p<0.001).
