Computed tomography sizes of large molar teeth and their roots in practically healthy mendifferent craniotypes
Abstract
In the course of the study of 64 somatologically healthy men aged from 19 to 35 years from the central region of Ukraine found that the magnitudes of linear computed-tomographic sizes of large molar teeth and their roots differ individually and are in some degree depending on the type of brain skull. The increase of linear (mainly transverse) computer-tomographic sizes of large molar teeth and their roots in practically healthy men of different craniotypes occurs in the direction of dolichocephalic-mesocephalic- brachycephalic-hyperbrachycephalic. The vertical crowns of the tooth have practically no differences.
