Abstract

The goal was to improve the algorithm of patients with uterine leiomyoma. The study involved 354 women with uterine leiomyoma. Treatment and prevention efforts were conducted, respectively, clinical protocols approved by order Ministry of Health of Ukraine. Detailed collect anamnesis of patients, conducted laboratory and instrumental and hardware survey, morphohistological and immunohistochemical study of the endometrium with the definition of marker antigen CD34, Ki-67, CD45, SMA. Improved algorithm for patients with uterine leiomyoma. Given the numerous etiological factors and pathogenetic mechanisms of the formation of benign tumors is a major landmark in the definition of an integrated combined treatment of uterine leiomyoma. The approach to the selection of therapeutic and preventive measures should be purely individual and pathogenetically substantiated taking into account the individual characteristics of the woman at the molecular genetic level, baseline assessment of its organism (genetic predisposition, the presence of concomitant extragenital pathology, generative characteristics, reproductive functions, age of the patient, clinical form of fibroids). In patients with simple uterine leiomyoma when planning pregnancy shows drug treatment, and in the absence of effect - myomectomy. In the absence of oncology process possible options of patients with uterine leiomyoma proliferative type: conservative treatment, surgery, medical therapy in combination with surgical treatment of uterine fibroids, uterine artery embolization, each of which has its own strict indications.
