Clinical characteristics of women with gestation hypertension

Abstract

This article studied the clinical characteristics of women with gestation hypertension. To achieve this goal we performed a retrospective analysis of medical records of women with hypertensive disorders gestating. Found that 4/5 of these pregnant women had gestation hypertension, and 1/5 - preeclampsia. Transformation gestating hypertension in preeclampsia occurred in 16,3% of cases. Pregnancy and birth with gestating hypertension exacerbate toxicosis of the first half of pregnancy, danger of termination of pregnancy, low level of waters, anemia, premature maturation of the placenta, distress of fetus, meconium waters, weakness of delivery activity, necessity of operation.
