Abstract

The use of a cryopreserved fragment of the placenta with a combined pathology - a fracture of the lower jaw against the background of osteoporosis - helps to reduce the area of necrosis in the fracture zone, its rapid delimitation, which is accompanied by intensive development of connective tissue. These phenomena are more pronounced in the late stages of repair and are accompanied by an increase in the activity of the osteogenic component.
