Abstract

Examined clinical features hаemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis. It was established that the syndrome is accompanied by fever, Banti's syndrome, changes in the blood such as pancytopenia, abnormal biochemical parameters: reduction of triglycerides, fibrinogen, increased levels of ferritin, as well as the presence of histiocytes with macrophages in the bone marrow.
