Abstract

One of the most severe forms of pregnancy pathologies associated with the violation of regulatory mechanisms of preeclampsia is that it manifests multiple organ functional impairment, development of hypertension and edema after 20 weeks of pregnancy.The incidence of preeclampsia in the different countries varies from 2 to 14% of all pregnancies. It remains one of the major causes of maternal mortality and in its structure it is 25%. Preeclampsia often develops in women with physical illnesses, as well as during the first pregnancy and in pregnant women over 30 years. Preterm birth in this pathology is observed in 25-41%, the frequency of surgery is 40%. The article analyzes the role of immune protection factors on the formation of the placenta in pathological pregnancy.
