Abstract

In the research the new data of sensitivity clinical strains of Рseudomonas aeruginosa, isolated from patients with burns, to beta-lactam antibiotics. For the first time, the the analytical dependence of dynamic prognostic changing criteria of Р. aeruginosa sensitivity to ampicillin/sulbactam, amoxicillin/clavulanate, cefotaxime, ceftazidime, cefoperazon, cefoperazon/sulbactam, meropenem were found by means of mathematical prognostication. Low sensitivity to ampicillin/sulbactam, ceftazidime, cefoperazon, cefoperazon/sulbactam was found in clinical strains of Р. aeruginosa. The further prognosis of decreasing tendency of sensitivity to beta-lactams of Р. aeruginosa, which colonized burn surfaces, was carried out.
