Definition of degrees of left ventricular hypert rophy in patients with unstable angina with the help of improved diagnostic criteria
Abstract
Based on a survey 143 patients with unstable angina by echocardiography develop improved diagnostic criteria for left ventricular hypertrophy: I (small) degree, which was at 6.5% of the patients, II (moderate) - 41.1% and III (considerable) - in 53.9%. Isolation of three degrees of LVH in patients with unstable angina are simple, affordable and most important criteria for the assessment of myocardial hypertrophy regression and effectiveness of the treatment of cardiovascular diseases, which are accompanied by it.
