It is proved that the effect of low intensity laser radiation can significantly increase the sensitivity of microorganisms to studied antibiotics, found the optimal dosing parameters with emission wavelengths of 870 and 635 nm, which causes the most significant photo modifying effect, developed algorithm for complex antibiotic therapy.
