Abstract
To improve the results of surgical treatment of children with pectus carinatum is suggested a less invasive unresection way of front thoracoplasty. From 2009 to 2015 we operated on 92 patients with second and third degree pectus carinatum in age from 7 to 18 years. All operated children obtained excellent and good long-term results of surgical treatment and it weren't observed any intraoperative complications.
