Abstract

Spent two series of experiments. The first examined the reaction of the eye to Bioimplant a corneal pocket. Fresh and preserved in decamethoxinum (DCM) amniotic membrane (AM) resolved no signs of inflammation in three days. The second study examined the course of bacterial corneal ulcers (BCU) in the treatment of different ways. BCU fastest healing took place in the combined treatment using canned in DCM AM: epithelization corneal ulcer ended at 8,7±0,5 day, clouding intensity was 0.6 points, corneal neovascularization area was 12,6±0,2 mm2. In the control group (medication) epithelization ended na16,5±0,6 days (p=0.03), the intensity of turbidity was 3.3 points, corneal neovascularization area was 30,83±0,85 mm2 (p=0,03).
