Abstract

The experimental study of the effect of asepsis Miramistin and prebiotics Hilak in different doses on intensity biofilms formation by Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC 25923, MSSA, MRSA). The ability of these biocides to show antibacterial activity both in terms of plankton and biofilm cultivations of S.aureus was defined. A significant increase in MRC of drug on the cultivation immobilized in biofilms was defined, that fact should be considered in their practical application.
