Abstract

Search new disinfectants, have a stronger detrimental effect on pathogenic and opportunistic microorganisms and harmless to human body is an urgent problem in the fight against nosocomial and out of hospital infections. The greatest attention is attracted chlorine containing disinfectants, as the most potent and least toxic. The study of 3th chlorinecontainig preparations is conducted: septomaks, dezaktine, and cloranteine. The determination of activity of clorinecontainig preparations indicatory medium is applied: IM1 and IM4. At the same time, aqueous solutions of disinfectant in a concentration of 1% for 1 min. destroy test-culture of microorganisms. All three tested disinfectant ("Septomax", "Chlorantoin" and "Dezaktin") demonstrated equivalent antibacterial activity, continued with 14-day storage of aqueous solutions at room temperature. By oxidative drug "Septomax" capacity somewhat larger "Chlorantoin" and "Dezaktin". The use of means "Septomax" as a stabilizer nutrient taurine leads to increased stability of the disinfecting solution and reduce the environmental burden on the environment, which distinguishes it from "Chlorantoin" and "Dezaktin".
