Results of surgical treatment of wounds for patients with different body weight and obesity

Abstract

In the article the results of surgical treatment of wounds are presented for patients with normal body weight and obesity. It is shown that for people with obesity duration of operative interventions, catchment (by drainage) of postoperative wounds, terms of removal of guy-sutures and stay in a clinic after operations considerably anymore than for patients with normal body weight. Also marked large frequency of postoperative complications from the wounds (hematomas, seroma, suppurations of wounds).
