Abstract

In the article the results of in the management of 35 patients with infectious and inflammatory complications after dental implantation were presented. In the study there was shown that after two weeks of the treatment of patients with infectious complications after dental implantation had passed and decasan and chlorhexidine digluconate had been used visual objective signs of positive therapeutics effect. In patients of both clinical groups vivid cellular immune response by was proved by the portion of active neutrophils. By the clinical and immunological parameters the advantages of the use of decasan (93%) comparably to the use of chlorhexidine digluconate (86%) were found out in early 14 days in patients with infectious complications after odonto-imlantation.
