Abstract

The article assesses the impact of vascular endothelial dysfunction in the onset and progression of heart failure in patients with coronary heart disease and studies the relationship between the degree of endothelial dysfunction and changes in structural and functional state of the myocardium. In patients with stable angina pectoris there is a violation of endothelium-dependent and endothelium-independent vasodilation. The development and progression of chronic heart failure in patients with coronary heart disease are associated with disorders in vascular regulating endothelial function.
