Abstract

Premature births remain leading reason of perinatal morbidity and death rate. 30 women are inspected with the threat of premature births and 50 pregnant with the threat of premature births without the clinical and laboratory displays of violations of gemostasis. Found out large frequency of the acquired and genetically determinant thrombophilias for pregnant with the threat of premature births and trombophilic disorders. The detailed inspection of the state of fetus (cardiotocography, fetal biophysical profile, dopplerometry) for pregnant with the threat of premature births and trombophilic disorders testifies to greater tension of adaptation mechanisms in the system mother-placenta-fetus.
