Epidural anesthesia as an effective component of multimodal analgesia treatment algorithm for pancreatic injury and posttraumatic pancreatitis
Abstract
Results of treatment of 52 patients with acute pancreatitis treated in the surgical department №1 of Kamenets-Podilskyi City Hospital №1. The patients' age was from 19 to 57 years (mean age - 38 years). Women were 11 (21%), men - 41 (79%). Patients were divided into 2 of the group: in the main (20 patients) treatment algorithm provided a multimodal analgesia, and in the control group (32 patients) were performed analgesia non-opioid and opioid analgesics. Multimodal analgesia was carried out in the combined use of epidural anesthesia and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug Depiofen.
