Abstract

In the research the results of experimental study of the influence of domestic manufactured sorbents Smectivit sodium and Enterosgel on the duration of the elimination of Poliovirus from the organism in conditions of normal intestinal microflora and in the conditions of artificially formed by antibiotics intestinal dysbiosis. The decreasement of the duration of the elimination of Poliovirus in animals was proved to be shortened in five days after the use of sorbents Smectivit sodium and Enterosgel. In conditions of antibiotic- induced dysbiosis there was found the increasing of elimination of viruses after the use of Smectivit sodium and Enterosgel. The use of Smectivit sodium in combination with antibacterial drugs helps to decrease infectious activity of viruses in conditions of dysbiosis significantly.
