Practical experience of using the alternative schemes in treatment to achieve control asthma
Abstract
The results of the data indicate that patients who received basic therapy of 2-agonist long-acting salemeterol of 50 mkg in two divided doses and inhaled glucocorticoid drug beklametazoni dipropionat in the medium dose of 1000 mkg per day in two divided doses, are statistically significantly (p<0,05) compared with the patients who used only inhaled glucocorticoid drug beklametazoni dipropionat in the high dose of 2000 mkg per day in two divided doses, defined positive dynamics of the clinical course of the disease, resulting by a decrease of instances of asthma symptoms, helped to reduce the daily need doses of 2-agonists of short-acting and to achieve disease control.
