Abstract

Studied the level structure and dynamics of primary disability due to COPD and asthma among persons of working age, and especially the formation of the bulk of invalids with this pathology in 3 regions of Ukraine for 2007 , 2009 and 2011 expert analysis of medical records 2078 people showed significant variations in the levels of primary disability in different areas. The severity of disability in COPD and asthma is approximately the same, contrary to scientific literature. Established a large proportion of disabled young people, particularly in asthma and low indices of rehabilitation.
