Features neurotic stress-related and somatoform disorders in the organized population of industrial workers

Abstract

The results of the inspections psychoprophylactic 338 cases of established non-psychotic mental disorders in a population of organized industrial workers, carried out with the use of the algorithm based on multi-dimensional axes of the psychiatric diagnostic taxonomies. Found that most of the violations - 178 people were neurotic, stress-related and somatoform disorders. Among them neurotic disorders were diagnosed in 33,9%, somatoform - 26,8%, fear of different content - 14,6%, conversion - 8,3% and disturbing - 7,3%. Least common are obsessive-compulsive disorder - 2,6%.
